Serious Computer Problem!!! :(

Hi,

I was on my computer last night and switched it off, I came back on it today and I got a buggerred up screen. Here are some pictures of what it looks like now.

If anyone can help me it would be great! By the way - its not the monitor, I tried it on another monitor and same thing

unplug your video card (looks like it's an ATI) and if you have onboard video try that. if not, try another card in its place and see what happens.
 
I have tried re-installing the drivers, taking it out and putting it back in.

But wohla! same problem!!! :(

Its even the same at the BIOS, which I wondered be the problem :S
 
as he said, try a different video card that's known to be working to see if thats the problem, If it's at the bios then its probably the video card or the slot (less likely).
 
I had that problem once... now that I remember... it was a loose GFX... either that, or it looks like it's artifacting due to overheating...
 
Happend to my old X800XL, your graphic card may be fried. Mine got damaged due to a cord on my PSU mysteriously being cut and it was touched by it, musta surged. You could also see if the card is in correctly or not.
