I have got 3 trojans and every time i open up my computer it refreshes everything and i can't get to anything on my hard drive. the only thing that still works is firefox and media player and some other stuff on my desk top:(

So since i have two hard drives can I reinstall vista on my Os drive and keep my stuff on my other HDD. or is it going to delete both drives after the install:confused:

First you may want to run some scans with a few removal tools before simply abandoning the current installation of Windows. Generally the first thing you will hear is to post a HiJack This log in a thread in the security section in a new thread there. Once you find the "bugs" and see those gone you may avoid the need to see Windows reinstalled.

As far as reinstalling Windows that only effects the folders created by the Windows installer like Windows, users, Programs Files, Program Data, DocumentsandSettings(system reserved in Vista). The installer rolls those up into a Windows.old folder when replacing the current installation only. The only that would see data lost is a reformat of the primary where Vista is installed on not any other partition or drive.

well One Care scanned and found all 3 and can't do anything about them, so if i reinstall and reformat through the BIOS will i lose my stuff off of my second HDD or will it keep that stuff and just delete my primary?

There are ways like booting up in safe mode for manually seeing files removed. If you simply reformat the present host drive that simply effects the one drive only for a clean install of Windows to start fresh. That will take any bugs along with it. The files on the second drive would be untouched.
