seriously i need help!

omg i am rly pissed off. i was playin WoW just for fun. then my friend IM's me and like my screen like froze on me, then wehn i exited WoW, i went to play Age of Conan, and it says my compatible direct3d were not found and said failed to initialze rendering subsystem.
but seriously i need help.
plz!!!!!
