Seriously need help with videocard

I just bought a new video card but when i wanted to pu it in i was like wtf... i couldn't find the old video card i got an Dell optiplex 755 but when i checked further it was under a roof or something really weird

Most likely an integrated card, it's not something that can be removed and is built into the chipset.

You can't remove the integrated video, why would you want to. Once you connect a dedicated card the integrated gets disabled anyways.
