Ok, when i install server 2000, I of course press F6 to install a 3rd party RAID , so I do and I Select the driver i want and when the Partitioning and formatting Part comes up, It says 131GB Hdd and Unpartitioned or formatted.

I have a SATA Raid 500GB drive but windows server 2000 wont

any ideas?

It's a limitation of Win2000 server and the pre-service pack versions of XP.
You can possibly install it anyway and then update it to the latest service packs. That might correct it.
The best way is to either, borrow a SP4 version of Win2000 server (use your key), or slipstream SP4 to your Win2000 server.
Don't ask me how to do the last one, I've never needed to do it.
