Server 2003 ACL locks up

I got an issue with a server, when I try to add anyone to the ACL it locks up. There are other folders I can add users to the acl to and it works fine but it seems this 1 folder has an issue. I cant delete the folder because its critical.

Windows Server 2003.
 
Remove the ACL and then reapply it. Sorry I am a Unix admin so I don't know the exact method to remove ACLs, but in Unix it is chmod -R -N /path/to/folder hell maybe the attrib command in windows will be the equivalent?
