Hey fellow geeks:
Heres my question, I own an office that runs off of 3 application dedicated servers in my basement. (one app per server) and im expanding to a office accross the street. Now I have a problem, how do I get a connection to my other office? Its too far for a ethernet cable but only 3 blocks away. I dont wish to buy another server for the new office because then I would have dual client databases and thats undesirable in my books.
now the applications im running are; ABELdent, iCAT, Patterson Imaging.
these are low to medium bandwith apps (1-5MB per transaction)
(running Windows XP Pro on every machine and servers are 3 "HP Proliant 350s")
any hints?
