Hello everybody and thank you in advance.

I have just started working for a small agency with 3 websites, all of which are on the same server (2 are .coms, 1 is .co.uk). In the office is 4 computers each using the internet using 1 wireless router.

The problem is that when we try to access one of our .com sites about 25%of the time it comes up with unable to open. If we contact somebody to try and view the page at the same time they will be able to open the page but we won't. It is only that 1 site, we can view the internet and our other sites without a prolem.

If we unplug the router, leave it for a minute then plug it back in we are able to view our site. WHY?

I don't know if its a router problem or a server problem. Your help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

um

what router?

how is it set up?

do you have the proper services running? What server OS? Linux/Apache or Windows/IIS?

Do you have the proper bandwidth?

The router is - USRobotics® Wireless MAXg Router
The routern runs of the main computer running xp pro
All 3 other computers are running xp pro
We have full bandwidth

Hope this helps, Thanks

Are you using apache or IIS to host you 3 websites? a
What OS is on the server?

Sorry I dont know the answer to those questions but I can only assume that the server is using the same software and server on all 3 of our sites.
The .com in question is identical to the .co.uk site. The company registered both domain names.

well if we don't have all the information we can't help you troubleshoot it. Most commonly people use apache/linux for webserver or apache/windows but with out the proper info we can't really help
