Service_system_exception error on start up (when putting in two v-cards)

I have had crossfirex problems with my two 5770s for a few days now and keept trying to find a solution. When I get this error I could never see what it said because it would reboot within one second.

Now im curious, I am using Windows 7 64bit

I never really understood the differance between 64 and 32 bit.

If I was to switch my os from 64 to 32 bit. Would that have any effect on my two video cards? whatever is causing it to be unable to load windows while having both connected?
 
Do you have the options set correctly in the bios? Changing the operating system to 32 bit won't change anything. 64 bit operating systems just allow you to use more than 4gb of ram.
 
I have set my init display to PEG, thats about all I can see on what is needed. I dont see anything else I would need to change to get windows to boot with two video cards
 
I change the auto bootup on crash and came up with this BSOD error that comes up every time i plug in my second video card + bridge

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
 
So from what im reading, this error likely means one of two things...

Bad ram
or bad driver

Im running a mem test now to see how my ram is
What about drivers, would previous released drivers possibly work?
when i delete my drivers i use "scan for hardware changes" in the device manager to download the drivers (the drivers say 8/3/2010)

says its up to date, but im not sure...

i believe a 10.9 CCC was released 9/15
 
so i made sure i downloaded the 10.9 drivers and software, i do not get a blue screen anymore

instead, it loads past the "starting windows" screen and just stays black
 
about the black screen, reboot and try again. also see if you can get into safe mode (hold F8 during boot)
