I'm going to do this over time because frankly I can't afford to drop almost 2k at a whim lol. Also I went relativly low on the hdd space to save some money. I wanted the big screen but I'm a little flexible, mostly I want to know about my mobo choice and how compatible it will be with the rest of my hardware. How will this computer do performance wise? Any and all input is welcome and appreciated!

Edit:Updated components with suggested replacements, keep em coming :):):)

Oh I didn't realize that hdd is ide whoops, I thought I might get the one 8800gts to start off and then when a little more money trickles in get another and sli them, that's why I chose said mobo, then afterwards I will have the option to upgrade to dual 8800gtx (upgrading the psu).

I personally will not pay extra $$ for Vista Ultimate, I would rather spend that extra $$ for a better Monitor...
Not sure why you choose 2 DVD burner with same brand, I knew some DVD burner will occasionally have problem in compatibility with DVDs. May worth to get 2 different brand.

The thermal paste I chose is supposed to be a little better quality than the Artic Silver 5, as to the dvd burners I was just wondering that's going to read cds for like game installations and ripping cds right? Or do I need a combo drive? I was a little confused by this when I planned the build.
