Setting a Yahoo address as my default e-mail account

This might seem like a very simple task for some, but i can't get mine working. What i want to know is how do I set my e-mail ( on control panel ) to be my default yahoo address.

you trying to set your yahoo up in outlook? cuz you cant, unless you pay for their service. if you paid for their "better" email it should have a walkthrough on their website on how to set it up.

You could try Gmail which is free and you can set it up as default outlook e-mail.
This unless you are one of these conspiracy guys who think google gets information from you in a database, is unsafe and wants to dominate the world...
