setting up a hotspot/access point

Hey, im wanting to setup a wireless hotspot/access point and i want it where each person has there on name and password to long online.I want to know if there is a program i could use and what i would have to do? i was not sure to put it here or software i thought i would put it here since yall know networking and these is the samething i would think

Is this for a business, how many users? What distance would you like to cover?

im covering a big area i have the setup for the distance just need a program for the users and its for my home and there are 10 users
