Setting up Outlook for Yahoo emails

Hello all, I have just joined.

I am trying to set up msoutlook to handle my yahoo emails. I think I know the basics but it asks me for the password from my provider.

What provider, I do not have one. (Do I?)

Can you help please?

You need to setup outlook with your username and password along with yahoo's email server settings.

Thank you so much for replying promptly but I am not that au fait with computers and need some clarification what this means. They ask for a password but I do not have one.

You better have one as all email accounts require a password....

If you can't follow this just take it somewhere or call somebody. It's really about as simple as just logging in with a username and password (which yes you have if you've ever used that email account).

Hello, still no joy, I do not know what I am doing wrong , it is probably something fundamental as Darren suggests.
