Setting up two monitors

I have installed a new graphics card enabling me to set up two monitors. My monitor and my LCD TV. My monitor is getting a picture, but not my LCD TV.

Do I need to make a software adjustment to let it know I'm trying to run the picture to two monitors?

You have to make sure that the video card is set to dual monitors, or it won't work
