Setting Utorrent so it isn't automatically downloading when computer is switched on

I am back in the UK, in Japan I could upload/download all day no problem. But my mother got a worrying letter from BT for her internet usage is too high. It must me uploading/downloading too much. How do i set Utorrent to only download when I click on it.

if you go to options then preferences you should see a box with run at system startup make sure this box is NOT ticked.

Or you could go down into the task bar, look for utorrent, right click then exit.
