hi wasnt sure which forum to put this in but here we go i have age of empires 3 which it proofing to be a huge pain it wont install ive found out what the problem is i need the file setup.exe in subfolder of system32

ive been on the aoe3 forum and a guy had the same error msg and this solved the problem so i was wondering if anyone knew wee i could get hold of this file?
 
Search for the setup.exe in the CD and then copy paste that into the system32 folder.
I am very doubtful if you can do this, but just a thought.
 
Hi, yes I do have a setup.exe, but it seems to be a Windows Installation and Setup file.
I don't think that it's applicable for you.
