Several parts for $550

i need a CPU, MB,Ram, Graf, Power,CPU cooler for the given money.
the heaviest operations on it would be Pro Street and GTA 4 when it comes out. i could pump it up to 600 or 650 if it is a big difference. i would also like to overclock just a little bit that the aftermarket cooler could hold. i might even buy a Northbridge cooler of it could fit by the video card(graf). on the MB i need at least 1 firewire port and that it supports raid 0.

way to much thats like 350 of the budget on 2 things do u think that 8400 is worth the money when compared to 8200
i was thinking of geting 2 hard drives and making a raid when i get the money but til then i could stick with my only hard left a 80gb WD
do u know a place that could have appx requirements for GTA 4(i heard that it might be like farcry ar medium)
