Several taskeng.exe's keep appearing

I have researched I have found nothing to fix this. I did a full Vista Recovery from the disks I made a while back when I first got the machine but, it is still having the same problem. I already went to Task Scheduler to see what was running but no Tasks were running, yet I still had many instances of taskeng.exe. I believe this pc is clean though. I have done many Scans with Smart Security. Here's a pic in Process Explorer

Any help would be much appreciated. Serious suggestions only please

The longer my pc runs the more instances of taskeng.exe, yet no Tasks show up in the Task Scheduler Library.
