SFX problem in San Andreas

Hi guys, I'm having problems in my PC San Andreas: when the rain falls, the sound f***s up. Some preview of it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBe3z64aaXc . As we can see on the movie, when it thunders, the sound of engines and shooting turns off. Any ideas what is this?

Strange, it's a public video and when I tried it on another computer, it worked

I can access it, it isn't that it is private, it is that it stays black and won't load

Okay... is this only with the rain? It sounds like you have 2 channel speakers (stereo) and the sound is configured for 5.1

I'd try updating the game first. Second comes upating your drivers (run windows update.) if you don't know what soundcard you have, go to device manager and it will be under sound and audio devices.

Have done, but I think it is on my end. Half the videos on youtube won't load for me for some bizarre reason

Only with the rain, and the game version is the latest. I'll check the drivers and the speakers

In the sound drivers the only thing that I can recognize is Relatek High Definition Audio, but this is the latest version
