shardertypes/2d/hud.stype - this is the error message I get when trying to load Call of Duty.

I swear I have the latest drivers from nvidia

Recently I purchased a new HD and started to have this problem playing the game after running new HD.

Any help?
 
Was the new HD the one you used to install this game on? Is the new HD a secondary drive? primary?. Have you tried reinstalling the game? Have you tried the second latest drivers from Nvidia?

So many questions I know but it's hard to know what may fix it when so little is known of your setup. Please provide system specs as well.

Yes the game is on the new HD. The old one is in the trash. It is a primary drive and the only HD I have.

I have unistalled and reinstalled the game and my do it again. I have also installed the latest driver for my card but the game doesn't play.

AMD Athalon/Barton 2500+
1GB Cosair Value Select Ram 3200
WD 80gb HD 7200rpm
Asylum Geforce 5200 256mb card
ASUS A78NX-D (I think) mobo
