I saw this fanless PC before, too bad I forgot to take a photo. There are air ducts and heatsinks everywhere, and its really silent, apart from the DVD drive spinning up when you use it.
I used this Gigabyte Full tower case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811233003
for my current build and I love it, 3 120mm fans, plenty of room, built of strong, thick aluminum, lockable side and front, magnet front door closer and a side window or mesh. The only other case I would think of getting is this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811233013
the only real differance being that the door opens the opposite way which would have better fit onto my desk, wish I saw this differance when I was buying my current case.
Case looks pretty interesting, except that front intake is 27dba
and has a higher CFM rating than a smaller fan?
I know it's running less RPMs...
But why not just go with another 120mm fan in front moving the larger CFM?
