If possible, I am wanting to take an internet connection that is coming in on a USB Wireless Adapter, and utilize the integrated Ethernet(Cat5) and hook a Linksys BEFW11S4 Router to it and share internet with other computers. The Host PC is Windows XP, and the clients are either XP or Win2K. What should I have to do?

Obviously you aren't receiving your own internet and stealing from someone else? If you had your own internet, you wouldn't have to be doing this. If you are stealing internet from someone else we can't help you. If I am assuming wrong, please explain your situation. Otherwise this thread will be closed.
No, I'm not stealing internet, sir. I DO have my own net service! 
I'm stuck receiving my internet via wireless into a metal building (from my home to my shop) , where I cannot feasibly run cat5 cable. I have a yagi beam hooked to my USB Adapter to pick up the WLAN. Hopefully I still can receive help here. If not, I'll understand. Thanks.

Ok, Thats why I asked your situation, no harm done. I'm assuming you can share your wireless internet to the lan connection and then hook that up to a router to disperse the internet to other computers( I know it can be done if using 2 lan connections so assuming its done the same way) However, what speed are you getting? You would have to enable internet connection sharing between the wireless to the lan connection.
