Hey, all, I was hoping you guys could help me with this, I'm making a gaming comp. and I'm kinda new to this so I was wondering what motherboard/CPU you guys suggest. I'm kinda hoping for a combo, but single-part ideas are welcome. Please post the brand, model and what it usually goes for. Thanks!

My friend's brother has a kick butt system which runs great, he has dual Nvidia cards runnning together and a high-end AMD processor, and he uses a Lanparty mobo. If you are building a high-end gaming computer cooling is KEY, you might have troubles with a liquid cooling system but if that works that would solve all cooling problems, otherwise get a big CPU fan and case fan, and use a case that is excellent for cooling, some really suck for that. The Lanparty board I was looking at with 2 or 3 PCI slots and dual PCI-express was around $150.

Alright, thanks for headsup and the tips. I'm gonna be doing some review checking tonight hopefully and I'll post what I think looks good.

While you are looking here's a few links for gaming cases. Some are even equppied with air conditioning. The main complaint with liquid cooling is not getting it together tightly and seeing leaks. But that doesn't happen all the time. http://www.lemcomputers.com/raidmax-b2.htm
