Short GPUs?

I just ordered a new computer to work on as a side project, and I've hit a weird predicament, the case is only about 4 inches tall :/ I've never seen a case this short nor a GPU this short, so I was looking to see if anyone could help me. Has anyone seen anything like this, or does anyone know how to search for something like this?

Look for GPUs that have a low profile adapter. A lot of the lower powered GPUs will come with that adapter.

A lot of these would be far outdated but here are some from Newegg.
