i think i have shorted out my motherboard on a new computer I have built. I didn't use any standoffs and I have read online that not using any could short out your motherboard. What should I do?
Will it still work when I put in stand offs?
The computer doesnt boot up, cause when i turn on the computer nothnig is displayed on screen. It might be just the video card, but everytime i turn the computer on, i hear this wierd buzzing sound near the cpu.
