Should I build this?

I would probably go with the gaming 5 from gigabyte or the UD5.

For memory always go Gskill, awesome ram.

Should i get the 980 or 970 will i notice much in gaming difference

So ill get a 970 and a i7 6700K willthat be good?
That's okay, but what are you planning to do with your pc?
An i5 is perfect for gaming, daily tasks and most heavier CPU tasks... So you could save some money on the CPU if that's all you need.
And what about your current rig, do you have one?

No haha

But i plan running fsx well and you need a good cpu with high clock speed, i will also do word and video processing and most game on it!

The i5 ninjabubbles recommended could do those things pretty fluently. If you want some extra performance, especially for video processing/rendering, go for the i7.

Looks pretty good. Can you afford to jump up to 16GB of RAM? 8GB is relatively low, especially when you are using an i7-6700K build.

Many would argue with you about that. For most users 8gb is plenty.
Look at most desktops in stores these days, most low-mid ranged machines start with 8-12GB of RAM. It's relatively cheap, and it can easily be used up. Even editing photos in Photoshop at times consumes over 16GB for me.

Not sure where you shop, but I still see a whole bunch of machines with only 4gb sometimes less installed. Most general computer users don't use photoshop. All they do is websurf, facebook, and email. Even gaming machines will generally only need 8 gb of ram.
