Should I buy this Desktop

should never buy, building is cheaper and safer, less likely to fail since you can get much better quality parts and you can know what you can upgrade to later when you want more, but that is a decent deal i guess, and is a self built he is selling so should be decent components, and the 5770 is still the best card for its price of around 120 i think, it'll be fine for that.
