Should I buy this laptop?

I have about a $300 budget (low I know) but I really need a new computer. Someone on here showed me this. It seems nice. I play a few browser based games only so that shouldn't be a problem.

Thumbs up to who ever can find this laptop cheaper than the link provided! (Including tax, minimal shippin etc.) MUST BE REFURBISHED

Or any other suggestions?
