Should i go with this?

Case: Antec 300

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955

Mobo: Gigabyte 790XTA-UD4

RAM: G. Skill Ripjaws 2x2GB CL 7

GPU: XFX 5850

PSU: Corsair 750TX

HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB

ODD: Lite-On

OS: Windows 7 OEM

Monitor: Viewsonic 22" 1080p

Mouse: Logitech G500

Keyboard: Logitech G11

Speakers: Creative Gigaworks T20

I was reccomended to change the case to something bigger? Like this. Should i change the case? What would be better for around £50?

Budget is £1,000 (this goes a bit over but that's ok). Just want to know everyones thoughts, if everything goes together and if i should change anything.

Looks pretty good. I agree the NZXT beta EVO is a better case then the 300, had both. Plus it has alot more room behind the motherboard plate to route wires.

I don't know much about mobo's I noticed that the first one says 6 core cpu ready, and I didn't see that on the second. Didn't know if that make a difference to you or not, just pointing that out.

I just measured the cases.. they aren't gonna fit the depth goes a few inches over. I need a good case that will fit W - 340mm H - 470mm D - 450mm.

They aren't going to fit what. The Beta will will fit 10.5 inch video cards. You get a shorter in length case the 5830 wont fit.

They aren't going to fit what. The Beta will will fit 10.5 inch video cards. You get a shorter in length case the 5830 wont fit.

If your talking about the 690 II then its even, not better, but its 25 bucks more. Cooler Masters black paint is expensive. The regular 690 is not, dont care who makes it, plus its still 15 bucks more. Had both and the Beta has alot better cable management. Even got all the cables behind the tray with a PC P&C, alot of cables Its 200mm. wide. The Beta even has a cut out above the CPU to route the top/back fans and the CPU 4/8 pin connector through it. In my opinion the 690 cost about 20 bucks more then its worth.

I purchased a 690 back when it was near as makes no difference $100, and its an excellent case IMO(my server resides in it currently), and still one of my favorites. With a few minutes of dremel, the cable management problem is fixed, and its a case with excellent airflow options. The NZXT beta just has somewhat of a "cheap" feel to it IMO, and looks that only a mother could love.

As far as price(in the US anyhow), the 690 can be seen refurbished for like $39.99 + free shipping on coolermasters site at times(not in stock in coolermasters refurb section as of right now though).

Mothers love their kids though. I put two top 140s and a back 120 all blue. Cut a window for the side with another blue 120. Did the cut out the Lian Li way. Cut it just like the K62, angled edges with black bolts and nuts but with a fan cut out in the lower left..
