Should I make a computer assembly video, just to show everyone on here how easy it is to put together a computer?

Hey, I just ordered my new computer, I could make one ;) Of course, I don't know if everything works. And knowing me, I'll mess something up

well, ill do one for acrylic cases, then one for standard ATX cases, and then i might do a video on a non cased computer, then maybe a pin bending video, then maybe a IHS removal video

Ah...I see... I just have a plain ATX case for mine. Mine has the little standoffs and all, though. If yours don't, it should be stressed to not screw the board to the case :P

Oh well...just tell me if you want any additional video or editing assistance.

Oh yeah, and if you do any bios screens, be sure and use TV-Out to a capture card. I can't stand those photos most sites use :P

Personally I think it's a very good idea, video is often a medium that is overused, but used in the right way it can be more helpful than the clearest of text guides (Fred R. Barnard anyone?). Oh, and I'm available for voiceovers, just speak to my agent...

When you make the video, make sure you record the whole thing so people can actually see how to make it.

well, me and TOO might be setting this up (he's about 2 hours away)
That's a long drive just to build a computer together...

And who voted no to this?
