Generally the default options are the default for a reason. The dialog for them is pretty self explanatory too.



Leave stuff alone. Are you having some perceived issues with your SSD or just trying to maximize performance?

Yeah, unless you're chasing benchmark scores, the out of the box config on an SSD is going to be plenty fast.

Back when I regularly used a guide for installing Windows on an SSD they note you should turn it off to reduce wear on the drive. But a normal drive will outlive you so no real reason to.
