Should I undervolt my CPU?

either fix the problem,which you dont seem inclined to do or leave the damn thing alone and use it.there is no definitive answer here,but rather opinions,albeit good ones.it comes down to choice.make one and live with it.

Or run with what you have, but knowing you could damage it.

Basically what aldan said and I just expanded on it. He already knew damage may occur if he continues to use it.

But it can't be said enough. In fact, I quoted it again because it's very relevant. If the OP chooses to ignore the guaranteed solution (new cpu or motherboard), there's only a few options left and they are not very different - undervolt and run it anyway, add more vrm cooling and run it anyway, or just run it anyway. In all 3 you are hoping something works based on varying levels of educated (or not as the case may be) guesses.
