Should I upgrade????

I currently have an ASUS M2A-VM motherboard. It has 3 GB memory currently. It is running on an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+. The on board audio went out and so I ordered a cheap audio card. My question is, should I consider building a new computer or just upgrade the memory? All we do is internet, some graphics and home videos, and the kids are starting to play some games like the new Toy Story 3. Is the processor I have still pretty good or totally out of date? Any ideas or thoughts???????
 
it may be a bit out of date but it should still preform well enough to do all the things you need it to. If it was me I would save my cash and live with what I have
 
Would adding memory help my performance any? Also, I have a 232 GB HD with only 32 GB free. Would it help performance any if I put in a larger HD? Sorry if these are dumb questions, I haven't built a computer in many years and am way out of touch.
