Should I wait for Bulldozer?

Just wait till you have the money and buy the build all at once. You get better warranties on parts rather then buying them earlier and have them sitting around. And parts get cheaper with time, so might as well wait till you have enough for the whole build.

Yeah. I've only bought some parts because they were on sale so far but I'll be buying the bulk of the build all at once.
