Should I wait till Cyber Monday?

Hello guys!

I am building a computer for gaming/2D animation. I have found all my parts and it should be around $1,500 CAD in total, but I'm saving around $185 due to sales.

My brother built his own computer and is telling me that the sales on Cyber Monday isn't worth waiting (Yeah, that's an entire month away!). He waited for it and he felt he saved around the same as me. Does anyone have more experience/advice on this? I'm currently saving up for school so every penny counts here, but if I'm not gonna save much more I'm down to buy the parts now.

Depends on the build. If you want very specific parts then I'd just buy it now. Otherwise if you can call an audible on your parts list based on what goes on sale, you could save a bit, but I imagine not a substantial amount more than you were already looking at.
