Should I?

Hey all,
I am considering selling my Pentium D 820 and buying a Pentium D 805 to replace it. Since I can overclock using Clockgen, I was thinking of overclocking the 805 to however much I can get without raising the voltage. Currently the limiting factor on overclocking my D 820 is the motherboard, since it quits at 3050 MHz ( I forget what bus speed). My main question was if an 805 at 3.6Ghz with slightly slower memory than stock (but probably tighter timings as well) and slightly slower FSB than @180 would beat an 820 at 3.05Ghz, with memory overclocked to DDR2 725 (loose 5-5-5-12 timings) and a faster FSB speed than normal.

Opinions Please!!

how about you sell your CPU and MOBO and get the new Intel Core 2 Duo??? I'm sure its alot better than Pentium D.

I will gain up to $50 dollars for selling my 820 and buying the 805, but upgrading to Core 2 Duo will cost me at least $150.
