That's the network for our chrome books and I don't think so lol. The speedtest peaked at 5mbps down AND up at one point.

Even now, the elementary through high school that I worked at only had the free Comcast connection for internet, so 25/5 for all but the high school, which was upgraded to 100/15. This year they are going to dark fiber though with a 1Gbps connection to the internet to share between the schools.
Oh, and my new fastest Verizon LTE connection

Man, my fuggin AT&T gateway is flaking out hard on it's integrated AP. I queried ATT about a replacement about 3 weeks ago but nothing. Would transfer 2-3 GB and the AP would drop off of the face of the earth on 5GHz.

You can kiss my ass. I think my brother's on Skype so this is lower than normal but 15mbps is the absolute best I could ever hope for.

31ms sounds off, like your traffic is being trunked to TX and then back up to KC. What do you get for a traceroute to that server?
