shut down on flash player fullscreen

Guys I have a problem . My pc shuts down when i play youtube video or generaly flash videos on fullscreen only. And recently it shut down when i was playing gta 4 . when it shuts down its showing a blue screen which says something about dumping memory card . I am not sure.
 
Was there any specific codes on the blue screen to help identify the issue? have you tried updating flash player?
 
You might want to try updating your video drivers, not sure it thats the issue or not.
