Shutdown/Startup

When i tried to shutdown and i get an error message saying cicerouiwind and there is an option "end now" before my computer can even shutdown.Sometimes even an error with my antispyware programme.
When i startup, after the bootscreen it will show a blue screen saying "Please wait..." and then it go on to the log on screen.Is it a serious matter?

Regarding the cicerouiwind message. This is just a program turned fault. Annoying but not important. Regarding the blue screen, can't quite picture that one, but doesn't sound important may just be another software error.

The standard advice for everyone would be backup any important documents/pictures, just to be safe. Do a virus/spyware scan. Probably do a disk check, (right click C drive / properties / tools / check disk) If this doesn't resolve the problem, which it probably won't just ignore it.
