Shuttle RAM compatable for Tower?

Just wondering why my RAM from my old computer which is a shuttle is not compatable with my regular tower computer.. Is it just because its a shuttle? it just doesnt fit. as well as the processor.. god i hate shuttle. :mad:

So does this just mean i would have to get new RAM and processor that will actually be compatable for my regular motherboard? :(
 
What's the specs of your shuttle and what motherboard do you have? You can't just take components out of an old computer and expect them to work in a new one. As far as I know, Shuttles use regular ram as well as CPU. They just have special motherboards and PSUs.
