Sign on screen error MESSAGE

After signing into my master account on the user screen an error message pops up. (This is before Windows loads up)
The message says :

Windows cannot load the local profile and is logging you on with a temporary profile. Changes you make to this profile will not be save.

Any ideas????
 
sorry guys but I am a nooob... if thats the case what steps should i take to fix it???
( I cant find my windows xp cd)
