i can't see the resolution more than 640x.......... in the game and has to with that resolution.Don't this game has more than that resolution?If yes how can i set to higher resolution?

Yes it does have higher resolutions settings. The settings are in the menus somewhere. I cannot tell you where exactly as I've not played it in a long while. If you cannot change it any higher then try installing the latest Graphics drivers for your video card.
