Silent Server Case Fan?

I want to run a server in my house but the server's fan is soooooo loud. It's 120mm in size. I'm not sure on the RPM's but it's got to be up there. I tried disconnecting it but the CPU was getting too hot and shutting off the server.

I think the RPM is what is making this fan so loud.

Is there such thing as a silent server grade 120mm fan?

Dell Poweredge 840. I'm using it for FreeeNAS 11.1. I've done some modifications on it to bring it up to standards (more memory 8GB, Bigger SAS Drives). It's runs great it's just too loud. That 120mm fan in the back is very loud.

That's an old server, which is why the fans will run fairly loud no matter what.
