sillyp2pworm?

Every 5 hours or so my anti-virus software brings up that I have this virus called the "sillyp2pworm". How can I get rid of this for good?

I found P2P-Worm.Silly.a; P2P-Worm.Silly.b this is where I got it from .. it is just a list no info though:

Those are malware/spyware/adware removal programs. What you need to adequately get rid of a trojan or worm is an anti-virus program.

Its the W32.SillyP2P virus i'm getting. I'm using Avast! anti-virus. It has slowed down in the past couple of days, but it still comes back sometimes.

Well fir starters, updating and running the antivirus should be the first thing you do, if that doesnt clean out the virus then you need to start looking into aither methods
