Simple desktop that can run two 1080p monitors?

Sorry if there is another section of the site for this, maybe general chat?

I am looking for an old computer like the Dell Optiplex SFF 790's those are nice with regard to build/size and the i7, 16gb ram, 1TB drive for about $200 not bad to me. I just want that same thing with the ability to run two 1080p monitors. I was told the 790 can't run two monitors. At least with regard to what I mentioned here: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2734480/dual-monitor-geforce-gtx-750-2gb.html

That card was plenty for me, some gaming is nice but not a huge priority.

My application isn't graphic intensive I'm mostly doing web development on it (text editing) and so I mostly just need ram and the old i7 quad is plenty.

Any suggestions? Maybe even like what to look for in a graphics card to know that it can run dual monitors (two 1080p assuming using HDMI)

Thanks for any help

Looking at your Toms Hardware post, it seems that you need to get a new 1080p monitor that's HDMI or DVI.
