Simple file backup/mirror program

Hello,

I have a 1TB external USB drive that I have been using for quite awhile. I would be devastated if I lost the contents of it, so I have copied it in it's entirety to my 2nd 1.5TB internal drive.

I now use the internal as my primary location for saving files, but would like to mirror it to the external as well.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to a simple program that can do this and check for new versions, etc? I've tried googling, but there are a lot of programs out there that do this kind of thing.

I don't need it to be automated, and making a raid isn't possible.

Thanks again James. I'm glad I got this setup and working about 4 days ago. Hard drive is dying. So how was this for good timing?

Still if you are just backing up the files manually to other drive,why not just perform simple copy and paste lol? Having bunch of files in one FILE or one FOLDER is really no big difference lol.
