So the moment i've been waiting for finally arrived, Western Digital finally released a new raptor drive, now with 300GB. I've already got one of their 150GB raptors, and of course that isn't much space in this day and age, so i want to add the new one onto my system. I'm still a bit new to the hardware world(this comp was the first one i built) so i wanted to see how i should go about adding it onto my system. Should I just open up the case and plug it into the next SATA port, is ti recommended to use some kind of RAID(never used RAID at all before so i'd be starting from scratch there knowledge-wise), should i reformat and use that as the primary drive, etc?
