hello guys.. i'm new here in this forum and i just wanna ask if my pc specs are okay??

here

A Jetway Board
256mb 6200 sparkle video card
512mb ddr2 memory
Dual Core 2.8 processor

is this spec okay for gaming??
 
i've played games with worse, thats not too bad, what kind of processor is it? in addition you could maybe use more ram 512 isn't a whole lot.
 
It really depends on what games you wish to play...

If you had such a game like Oblivion in mind.. Then that will not bring you much joy..

Unless you invest in the extra 512mb Ram and a decent graphics card.
 
ah ok.. yeah i think i need a video card... what memory can i add?? a ddr2 or a ddr1 memory?? hmmm.. i'm using Intel Pentium D processor... how bout' the Motherboard?? do i need to change it??
 
your rig is just across the borderline, your processor and your graphics seems ok but you need more physical ram at least 1gb, you need ddr2 since your mobo is ddr2, and yes a better motherboard

7900? shit im fine with my X800GTO it'll play any game made before '06 with high settings lol (overclocked respectably of course) but if hes only getting a gig of ram then a 7900 isnt something he needs to be getting
 
The RAM and video card are pretty horrible for current-gen gaming. The processor is decent, but upgrading to 1GB will be a start.
 
AS suggested above i advise to Upgrade to a least 1 GB and look at getting a better Graphics Card, your not going to b playing any of the newest games otherwise :)
