After looking at ram and finally checking the model on my ram stick. I found out that my RAM is overclock the CAS Latency is 2 instead of 2.5(i did not know, friend help me set it up).I am buying another piece of RAM, and i was wondering is this really serious that its overclocked by .5 or 1. Am i running a huge risk?

If your RAM stick says CAS2, then running it at CAS2 is not overclocking. Buying another at CAS2 is no problem. This amy not help, but your post is a little hard to understand.

No need to double post.

i used CPUZ to check and it says my rams running at 2CAS and i am buying anohter of the same and found out the CAS the ram im buying is 2.5 CAS and its the same model and everything!

are you sure its the same model they can look the same, even have very similar numbers but may have the suffix letter changed.

Cpu-z has been know to be wrong on cas numbers, check your bios
