simple question, semi-urgent

Can someone detect if you over clocked your video card? I know that they shouldn't, if there is no dmg or if you didn't do anything physically right?

Asking just to make sure, someone I'm trying to sell my card to asked if i oce'd it, i did, but said that i didn't, he shouldn't know any better correct?

The overclocking is done on a software level on the PC, it doesnt actually change the BIOS or configuration on the card, so no one should be able to know. However if you flashed the BIOS then they can figure it out.
